App
There
are now two options for reporting your sales! The call center will remain open
and available to you during the usual times, but you will now have the option
to report your sales via the new Coast 2 Coast Smartphone/Tablet App. Links to
access the app can be found below.
How it Works
When
you open the app, select the “Order
Entry”
tab. You will enter all order information directly into that tab and submit it
directly to our call center team for data entry. Once your order is entered
into our system you will receive an e-mail from Salesforce.com with
confirmation of order receipt. If you do not receive your e-mail within 24 hours, please contact the Call Center.
**Please Note: All
orders must be reported either via the Call Center or the App and physical order forms must
still be scanned to the corporate office and turned in to your manager in order
to be paid.
Scans
If
you have the CamScan app on your phone you can email the PDF of your order form
directly through the Coast 2 Coast App using the “Email CamScan PDF” tab. To use this feature you have to
scan the order form first and save it as a PDF. Otherwise you can e-mail the
scan directly to orders@c2ccorp.com
as usual.
