Merry Christmas from Frank Catroppa

Good Afternoon Team,

A special thanks to all of you for your hard work in 2014. It is a joy for me to work with such devoted and talented individuals. We have had tremendous growth this year. On behalf of myself and my back office staff, I want to thank you for your dedication and loyalty to Coast 2 Coast. I know we can continue the upward climb. If you have any ideas to help increase sales, please take them to your weekly meetings so we can discuss them. Or if anyone is interested in growing with the company, please feel free to email me.

We appreciate each and every one of you for all you do. Your relentless effort has not gone unnoticed. We are proud to have you as part of our team and look forward to your future contributions. I wish the best of luck to the folks that are in the running for Giftmas. This is just another way that C2C shows it’s gratitude to the reps that fuel the C2C engine and keep it moving forward. Even though the Holidays are here, make sure you follow up and pre-call and post-call your customers about their installations. One sale could cost you a pair of Super Bowl tickets!

In closing, let’s set our goals for 2015 so that we know where we’re at and where we’re trying to go. The key to business and life is setting goals so that we can push ourselves to achieve them. If you are able to do that, I promise that success will follow you. We can have an even better and stronger 2015. I also want to thank the back office for working around the clock the past few days so that we can get payroll out to you guys tomorrow for Christmas. So if you didn’t finish your shopping, you will have some extra cash in your checking account tomorrow morning. Keep up the good work; we are C2C!

New App Rollout

Coast 2 Coast App                       
There are now two options for reporting your sales! The call center will remain open and available to you during the usual times, but you will now have the option to report your sales via the new Coast 2 Coast Smartphone/Tablet App. Links to access the app can be found below.

How it Works
When you open the app, select the Order Entry tab. You will enter all order information directly into that tab and submit it directly to our call center team for data entry. Once your order is entered into our system you will receive an e-mail from Salesforce.com with confirmation of order receipt. If you do not receive your e-mail within 24 hours, please contact the Call Center.



                           
**Please Note:  All orders must be reported either via the Call Center or the App and physical order forms must still be scanned to the corporate office and turned in to your manager in order to be paid.

Scans
If you have the CamScan app on your phone you can email the PDF of your order form directly through the Coast 2 Coast App using the Email CamScan PDF tab. To use this feature you have to scan the order form first and save it as a PDF. Otherwise you can e-mail the scan directly to orders@c2ccorp.com as usual.
